Review: LOVE THIS!! It’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be but for only being 20 pages, it sure does have A LOT of helpful information, tricks and tips in it! It came exactly as shown in the photos as well. It has worksheets, goal setting, facts about BPD , its forms of treatment , how to manage it, documenting outbursts to better understand them and so much more! If you or your loved one have BPD I would highly recommend this book for them!
